A cute little cottage in a spacious, fully fenced tranquil setting on White Patch Esplanade with garden views. This lovely home is suitable for a family or friends wanting some time out in a gorgeous setting right across the road from Pumicestone Passage with water views. Bring your furry friend as well " this place is fully fenced and very suitable for pets to come along and enjoy the spacious surroundings.

White Patch On The Water is also Accessible and wheelchair friendly.

Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy those cold winter nights in front of a pot belly fire or those beautiful sunny afternoons relaxing in the outdoor area while a barbeque is sizzling away in the Webber.

If you enjoy driving 4 wheel driving, there is access at the end of White Patch Esplanade which is available with a permit purchased on line. Enjoy the wildlife and beautiful bush and beach scenery.

Pumicestone Passage is renowned for great fishing, either on the shoreline or out in a boat. A boat ramp is available for launching a boat at Solander Esplanade, just a 5 minute drive from White Patch.

WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR!

This holiday home has air conditioning and ceiling fans. Featuring two bedrooms the master is occupied by a queen size bed and the second bedroom includes 2 single beds.

The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower and large vanity unit with separate toilet. Complimentary toiletries are provided plus the essential kitchen items including milk, water, coffee and tea. There is a laundry available which includes a washing machine with washing powder provided and a dryer.

All bed linen is provided along with one bath towel and one beach towel for each guest.

We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival. Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

For security, please email through a copy of the driver's license of the person who's card details are on file and if it's a different person checking in.
This is to ensure the correct person is staying at the accommodation and matches the card name. Once we have received the full payment and your driver's licence; we will send through the key collection information.
