Secure parking under the roof also off-road parking for a caravan. Wifi available A place to call home while you are away from yours, Chelsea is central to many holiday activities and mid-way between Brisbane to the south and north to the Sunshine Coast & Bribie Island to the east. Off Peak: $220 On Peak: $260 Special Seasons: $390 Cleaning Fee: $200 We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
